What if the weather is unfavorable?
Your safety is our highest priority. If the captain deems conditions unsafe, we will reschedule to the next available date or provide a full refund. We closely monitor forecasts and will contact you 24 hours before departure if conditions appear uncertain.
May I bring my own food and drinks?
Yes, you may bring your own snacks and drinks. We also offer high-quality catering and can tailor menus to your preferences. For safety reasons, glass containers are not permitted on board.

How does your cancellation policy work?
Cancellations 72 hours or more before departure receive a full refund. Cancellations between 24–72 hours receive a 50% refund. Within 24 hours, bookings are non-refundable unless affected by weather conditions or mechanical issues on our side.
